Everything is actually worthy of your attention when you spot Ukiyo at his pop-up locations: the genius bike, lovely conversations, puzzels, healthy goodies and coffee/tea of course. Also, I have to mention his page on instagram has the greatest content - the kind of stories that makes you want to start your day in the morning. Keep up the good work Jonathan! I'm a fan now.
My new favorite place to get a lazy sunday afternoon coffee (and tea!) in het Wilhelminapark. Also the cookies are awesome. Jonathan has a great taste in coffee, and music. Plus, always a lovely conversation if you feel like it.
I love the homemade banana cake with the combination of a high quality coffee, in addition to the nicest host and always a nice place for listening to new stories.

The loveliest man you’ll ever meet, Johnny Torres, making the most wonderful coffee, tea and even some delicious drinks from South America. A ray of sunshine for Utrecht, serving up love in a cup and good music to go with it, keep an eye out for him riding around the city. Your day will be infinitely improved by meeting him and getting a drink and snack from his bike stand. Much love amigo
Jonathan can be found at Wilhelminapark or at the flower market at Janskerkhof in the centre of Utrecht. I’ve had a cup of tea from him a while ago and, wow, soo good. He really knows his stuff, helps you select the exact drink you want at that moment. Today I had a vegan hot chocolate and it’s the best hot chocolate I’ve had in years. Super creamy, exact the right amount of cocoa and perfectly sweet. And: he didn’t add any sugar, just cocoa, plant milk and a tiny amount of spices. Highly recommended. And he’s a very nice person too!
